HR Generalist

Job location: Ljubljana

Our Client's office in Slovenia is currently hiring HR Generalist responsible for the duties listed below:

Managing all aspects of selection processes:

- job analysis and job description writing
- job posting processes 
- reviewing job applications
- organization of the whole selection process: contacting candidates and setting up interviews
- interviews: Individual and phone interviews, panel interviews
- psychological testing
- participating in final decisions regarding potential candidates

Onboarding process:
- managing existing onboard processes for new employees
- continuously developing, documenting and evaluating onboarding process

HR Administration:
- processing in-coming and out-going documentation related to employees
- preparing and supervising legal documentation in HR department
- administrating working hours, sick leaves, vacation schedule, etc.

Other duties:
- analyzing data in HR department
- employer branding
- office management
- team building organization
- implementation of performance management process


Skills and Experience:

       - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
       - University degree (human resources, psychology or social sciences)
       - excellent English skills: verbal and written
       - reporting skills: daily/monthly reporting
       - proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
       - ability to work independently
       - great interpersonal skills
       - excellent organizational skills

Following is considered as plus:

- experience in the area of human resources in a matrix environment is preferred
- Thorough understanding of country-specific employment law and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of English language and computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
