Customer Service Representative for Receivables Management (m/f)
For our reputable client based in Belgrade, we are looking for: Customer Service Representative with German language knowledge.
You communicate confidently with customers and debtors via telephone, e-mail, chat and letter.
You answer requests in a solution-oriented and competent manner.
You contribute feedback from customers and debtors in the team and thus support the continuous improvement of our services.
Excellent knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English language is an advantage.
You have already gained experience in telephone customer service.
Due to your high service mentality and your constructive and solution-oriented way of communication you will always find the optimal solutions.
You have a very structured, independent way of working and are highly self-motivated and responsible.
You have good knowledge of MS Word, basic knowledge of MS Excel is a big plus.
